Charles Fortier AKA Kressel, has been inspired by electronic music since the end of the 90s. He then discovered and mastered electronic music production software programs like Rebirth, Reason and Live to express musical feeling electronically. As architecture and design philosophy LESS IS MORE, Charles tries to keep the path of zen with a more minimalist approach on composing beats. A big influence on Charles work is the KOMPAKT record label that covers the entire sound of techno genres. The Montreal electronic music scene is the most inspiring for him and shows how local creativity can be powerful globally.
